About Us

École Swan River South School is located in the Town of Swan River, Manitoba, Canada. ÉSRSS has an enrollment of approximately 280 students and 35 staff members. The students at our school range from Kindergarten to Grade 8. Our school offers the only French Immersion program in the division for Kindergarten to Grade 8 students. English programming is also provided at ÉSRSS for Grade 6 to 8 students. ÉSRSS is staffed with a Learning Support Team consisting of a Principal, Vice-Principal, School Guidance Counsellor, and Resource Teacher. We have two parent councils. ÉSRSS PAC (Parent Advisory Council) and CPF (Canadian Parents for French). These parent councils lend support to all of our students and staff to enhance their school experience at ÉSRSS. We believe in honoring, celebrating, and supporting the cultural diversity of our school.
