Kindergarten Registration Form and Questionnaire

Welcome Parents that are looking to register your child for Kindergarten at ÉSRSS!

For registration we need:

1. Registration form
2. Parent questionnaire
3. Copy of birth certificate

The forms are available in PDF form in Resources. You can email your forms to: krmullin@svsd.ca or drop them off at the school.
