Please note when requesting a transcript, you may obtain one from the SVRSS if you attended between 1996-to the current year. 

Please email svrsstranscript@svsd.ca to obtain your transcript.

In your email, please include your first and last name (name at time of registration with the school), date of birth, phone number, and years attended or graduation year. Also, please provide instructions for sending the transcript (i.e. if you need a hard copy, or if you prefer a PDF emailed to you or to a post secondary institution, etc.).
