🥗 Introducing The Great Salad Experience!
Fresh, local, and powered by students — every week, SVSD students get to taste crisp, homegrown greens from our very own Growcer indoor farm located at the SVRSS. 🌱

Thanks to our incredible Growcer crew, Tiger’s Café team, and dedicated student helpers, delicious salads are making their way to classrooms across the division — ready to enjoy! 🥬  Students across SVSD are discovering just how good fresh greens can be — even if they weren’t so sure at first! 😉 Ok, so maybe we’re still working on 🍅 tomatoes… But the rest? A hit. 

This initiative is supported in part by Kinsmen Feed the Future, and is all about building healthy habits, encouraging curiosity, and making nutritious food fun — one crunchy bite at a time. 💚  📢 “Is there any more salad? It was really good. Like REALLY good!” — words from a happy gr. 8 student 😊
