Hello Parents
It is that time of year again where swimming lessons are being offered.
In the division they are now offered to Gr.3, 4 and 5. The dates we will be going are: Sept. 29th pm, Oct.6th, am, Oct.8th pm, Oct.13th am.
The lessons will be from 9:45 to 11:15 (lesson, free swim, lesson). For the morning lessons we will leave school by bus at 9:10 am and be back by 11:45 am. On the afternoon days we will leave at 12:50 and be back by 3:30 pm.
Between students and staff we maximize the numbers that are allowed to be in the pool area, therefor we can’t have parents come to observe. You could wait in the foyer, if so desired. We are so blessed to get this opportunity for our kids.

Fill out and return the pool page indicating what swimming experience your child may have.
Fill out and return the school permission form to attend.
Students need to bring:
- a towel
- a swimsuit
- a water bottle
- a bag to put their wet clothes in
- goggles (optional)
- their inhaler (if they have asthma)
Reminder of pool rules:
- Swim wear should be appropriate
- No running
- No diving into the pool
- The hot tub is not available
- The sauna will not be available
- Leave all valuables at home (please don’t send money for the vending machine)
- Any students that are sick or have open sores can’t be in the pool.
