SVSD is moving towards electronic report cards, we hope that we can achieve a more efficient form of progress reporting when done electronically.
Report cards will be sent to guardians using email addresses that we have as contact information within PowerSchool. As a guardian, to access your child's report card you will need to know their MET # to use as a password into the report document. A student MET # is a 9 digit student specific ID number that belongs to a student while they are in public education within Manitoba. MET #'s can be accessed by parents through the following means;
1. REPORT CARDS...MET #'s are located on all report cards. Please look at previous years report cards to locate your child's MET #
2. PARENT PORTAL...For those that are signed up with Parent Portal (grade 7-8 parents/guardians), student MET #'s are located on the sign in page within the portal app.
3. CALL ESRSS...If the options above do not work out, please call ESRSS at 734-4518 and we will help out!
Alternative forms of student progress reporting are available for those without internet/email access. Please, feel free to reach out to ESRSS with any questions or concerns at 734-4518.
