Purpose of Organization
"To give parents, interested community members and school representatives the right to organize and to contribute ideas and suggestions on school policies and procedures, providing them with a valuable opportunity to become important partners in the learning process.
To provide students with opportunities, experiences and equipment not provided for in the school budget.
To create better home/school communication and cooperation with and support to the school staff.
The Advisory Council is not designed to serve as a problem-solving body. If problems or concerns arise, they should be dealt with according to existing channels of communication."
