OPENING CEREMONIES take place at the Legion Park Diamond # 1 at 1:30 PM Friday, June 6, 2008.

Teams are asked to assemble ahead of time, in uniform and line up as indicated in the space EAST of diamond #1.

Participants will march in E gate, proceed clockwise out to the warming track and line up at the appropriate location. Together teams will converge on the infield.  Sponsors and Officials will follow inside of players to their designated locations. At the conclusion of the program all will  reverse in a counter-clockwise pattern similar to the way they entered.

All sponsors and officials will do a small clockwise circuit on infield once players lined up.  Sponsors and officials will reverse on departure and march out prior to players.
